A série é uma seleção oficial do SXSW Film & TV Festival 2023. O teaser trailer pode ser visto aqui: Este fascinante drama, escrito por David E. Kelley e realizado por Lesli Linka Glatter, conta a história real de Candy e Pat Montgomery e de Betty e Allan Gore - dois casais que frequentam a igreja e desfrutam da sua pequena cidade do Texas... até que um caso extraconjugal leva alguém a pegar num machado. A série é protagonizada por Elizabeth Olsen, Jesse Plemons, Lily Rabe, Patrick Fugit, Krysten Ritter, Tom Pelphrey, Keir Gilchrist e Elizabeth Marvel. ***LOVE & DEATH*** é co-produzida pela Lionsgate. Os produtores executivos são David E. Kelley (que escreve também a série) através da David E.
